5-Day Switzer Agricultural Camp

The Switzer Agricultural camp is an educational camp that exposes participants to the many aspects of general agriculture and Kansas’ agriculture history. Participants gain knowledge grain science, food science, animal science, and horticulture. They are also given a USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service sponsored service learning project session, as well as onsite visits to Kansas State University, Cargill, and more. During the session, students participate in extracurricular activities such as: planting, horseback riding, fishing, swimming, bowling, and hiking.

Transportation provided from Kansas City & Northwestern Kansas!

T-shirts provided for each day of camp, lodging, meals, snacks, water, Gatorade, and much more provided.
